STANDARDIZATION OF PROTOCOL FOR MICROPROPAGATION OF NYCTANTHES ARBORTRISTIS THROUGH TISSUE CULTURE TECHNIQUE

An efficient protocol for shoot induction and multiplication of Nyctanthes arbortristis was achieved from apical and axillary meristems on Murashige and Skoog (MS) basal medium supplemented with 1.0–3.0 mg/l 6-benzylamino (BAP), and 3% (m/v) sucrose. Addition of Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) along with BAP and Adenine sulphate shows maximum rate of shoot multiplication. Maximum mean number of microshoots per explant (6.65) was achieved on the MS medium supplemented with 2.0 mg/l BAP, 100 mg/l Ads and 0.5 mg/l NAA after 4 weeks of culture. The elongated shoots rooted within 13 to 14 days on strength MS medium supplemented either with naphtylacetic acid (NAA) with 3% sucrose. Maximum percentage of rooting was obtained on medium having 0.25 mg/l IBA, 0.1 mg/l IAA and activated charcoal. About 70% of rooted plantlets survived in the greenhouse. The in vitro raised plants were grown normally in the soil condition. This result will facilitate the conservation and propagation of the important medicinal plant....

AN APPROACH FOR BLLINGUAL SENTIMENT ANALYSIS USING NATURAL LANGUAGE PROCESSING (NLP)

Deep Learning(DL) is new and important research area of Machine Learning(ML), which works on unsupervised learning methods. As Today, most NLP& ML methods require labeled training data (i.e., supervised learning) but almost all data is unlabeled so processing needs to done by unsupervised learning methods. This issue brought us to use unsupervised Deep Learning (DL) approach. Now a day’s much research is going on various Natural Language Processing (NLP) task such as Text extraction, Text summarization, Word Embedding, Sentiment Analysis (SA) and Optical character recognition. As amount of data on internet is growing by means of internet or by humans and there is a need to extract content from document and retrieve important data from extracted content. Today, most of the implemented systems are using supervised approach. To improve the result accuracy, we are using Deep Learning (DL). The application includes analyzing sentiment of text, representing review, opinion, and polarity of text....

MOST ADVANTAGEOUS BIOGAS PRODUCTION THROUGH THE TWO STAGE ANAEROBIC DIGESTION OF MSW

The objective of this study was to develop a two stage anaerobic digester for co-digestion of Organic Fraction of MSW (OFMSW) and Algae biomass of sewage sludge (ABSS) from most beneficial for higher biogas generation. The scum floating problems introduce in single stage anaerobic digestion to solve in two stage anaerobic digestion process. The 3 mesh wire filter introduces to give the moisture free digested sludge for direct using in agriculture farm land. The studies have shown that co-digestion can increase the anaerobic digestibility of taking subtracts (OFMSW and algae biomass) by improving the substrate composition. Sewage Sludge micro algae improve the digestibility of OFMSW and enhance the production of biogas. Co-digestion of OFMSW and algal sludge could efficiently balance the feedstock Carbon–Nitrogen (C/N) ratio between 20–25 likely to benefit them ethane production rate. This paper reviews recent experimental findings of the co digestion of algae with OFMSW and the methods to enhance the methane production and the factors affecting the growth of the biogas....

BILINGUAL SENTIMENT ANALYSIS USING NATURAL LANGUAGE PROCESSING

The world is moving from manually operated system towards automation. Sentimental Analysis is the process of computationally identifying and categorizing opinions expressed in a piece of text, especially in order to determine whether the writer's attitude towards a particular topic, product, etc. is positive, negative, or neutral. Sentiment analysis (sometimes known as opinion mining or emotion AI) refers to the use of natural language processing, text analysis, computational linguistics, and biometrics to systematically identify, extract, quantify, and study affective states and subjective information. Sentiment analysis is widely applied to voice of the customer materials such as reviews and survey responses, online and social media, and healthcare materials for applications that range from marketing to customer service to clinical medicine. Generally speaking, sentiment analysis aims to determine the attitude of a speaker, writer, or other subject with respect to some topic or the overall contextual polarity or emotional reaction to a document, interaction, or event. The attitude may be a judgment or evaluation (see appraisal theory), affective state (that is to say, the emotional state of the author or speaker), or the intended emotional communication (that is to say, the emotional effect intended by the author or interlocutor)....

APPLICATION OF TAGUCHI METHOD TO OPTIMIZE THE HYBRID PHOTO- VOLTAIC/THERMAL SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

In This study, designed and developed a photovoltaic/thermal (PV/T) system, which produce electricity and heat (hot water) simultaneously. All Experiments are conducted inside room to check the influence of the temperature of the PV cell on the PV conversion efficiency. If the open circuit voltage of photovoltaic cell is reduced then conversion efficiency of the cell can be reduced at higher working temperatures. effect of these on the photovoltaic cell as extended payback period of the photovoltaic cell and shorten the life of photovoltaic cell. In order to prevent from these problem we need to dispatched more heat form the photovoltaic cell with the help of effective cooling methods. In this paper we study and design experimental model to experiment and development of combined photovoltaic/thermal (PV/T) model that incorporates phase change material (PCM). For increasing the performance and efficiency of photovoltaic cell we need to decreases the temperature of the photovoltaic cell. Efficiency of the photovoltaic cell is related to the temperature of photovoltaic cell, there is linear change between Efficiency of the photovoltaic cell and temperature. The research methodology is focused on the analysis of select optimum material to get highest efficiency of hybrid PVT panel. Experiment was designed using Taguchi method and 16 experiments were designed by this process and experiment conducted. The result is analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) method. The processing parameters of the PVT panel based on the orthogonal arrays. Processing parameters of a PVT panel are the key factors affecting its performance. These parameters include the endothermic plate material, collector tube material, collector tube diameter, number of collector tubes, thickness of the bottom heat insulating material, absorption film type, and PCM (phase change material). The quality characteristics include the efficiency coefficient....
